Deer Valley Lookout #24

Lookout #24 is another one of our premiere homes in the Silverlake Village area. It is a new home that is elegantly decorated and is a three to five minute walk to the heart of Silverlake Village and Deer Valley ski slopes.

This home offers guest 5,500 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and four and one-half baths. There are three fireplaces throughout the home as well a stadium theater room with a 70 inch flat screen RV, Blue Ray DV surround sound, a private 100-jet Jacuzzi and two decks. Guests will enjoy some fantastic views from the decks. Gas grills are provided for those who wish to grill while enjoying the view.

Lookout #24 will sleep over 13 guests. Two master bedroom suites have oversized king beds while the third and forth bedrooms both have queen size beds. The fifth bedroom has a twin bed and a set of twin bunk beds that is great for the children. There is up to four additional twin beds available upon request. The large family room offers a comfortable fireplace seating area where guest can warm up after a long day on the slopes.

Guests who book seven nights will find a generously stocked sub-zero refrigerator upon arrival. They will also enjoy a free mid-week cleaning. Wii, XBOX 360, of Sony PS3 is available upon request.

This community offers a clubhouse, ski lodge, and free shuttle service. Complementary private shuttle and concierge is only available in the winter months. It is only a short walk to the Chateau at Silverlake, Deer Valley chair lifts, or the retail shops at Silverlake Village.

The homes in this community have been featured in many designer magazines and have received awards for interior design. Many of the stars stay in these homes during the Sundance Film Festival.
