Lookout 2 at Deer Valley

Lookout at Deer Valley 2 is a new five bedroom and four and one half bath luxurious ski property. It is located within minutes of Stein Erickson Lodge and a short three to five walk to the heart of Silverlake Village and Deer Valley ski slopes. This 5,752 square foot home offers the finest decor with five large bedrooms, four custom bathrooms, and a half bath. There are four fireplaces, five HD LCD TVs plus a custom theater room that has a 70 inch flat screen and stadium seating for eight. While in the theater room guests will also enjoy Blue Ray DVD in a surround sound system.

Guests of Lookout 2 at Deer Valley will enjoy a soak in the 100-jet Jacuzzi, two ski view decks, a large family room with a pool table, foosball, and a fireplace where they can warm after a day snow skiing. Outdoor gas grills are available on the upper private deck where guests can enjoy a great view of Deer Valley and Park City ski slopes. The home also has a Euro-style steam shower, a two car heated garage, and high speed wireless internet.

The four master bedroom suites all feature king size beds and a queen bunk bed and a twin bed in the fifth bedroom. Additional bedding is available if needed. Guests who book a seven night stay we find a well stocked sub-zero refrigerator and Wii, XBOX 360, or Sony PS3 are available upon request.

This home is in a community that offers on-site concierge, free private shuttle service in the winter months, and a luxurious clubhouse and ski lodge. You are within walking distance to skiing or to the shuttle. A short walk will take you to Erickson Lodge, Chateau Silverlake, three Deer Valley chair lifts, and plenty of retail shopping.
