Lookout 21 in Deer Valley

The Deer Valley Lookout 21 is a new ski property that offers guests four bedrooms and four and one-half baths. It is located just minutes away from Stein Erickson Lodge and is only a three to five minute walk to Silverlake Village and the Deer Valley ski slopes.

The home is over 4,400 square feet of luxury with four large bedrooms, four custom bathrooms, plus another half bath. There are two fireplaces, five HD flat screen TVs, a 100-jet Jacuzzi, an inside elevator, and an outdoor grill on the deck that offers fantastic views of Deer Valley and Park City ski slopes. Guests will enjoy high speed wireless internet, an entertainment room that offers a large HDTV, DVD, and a wet bar. The theater room has a pool table for the guests to enjoy. There is a two car garage and room to sleep over 13 guests. There are two master bedroom suites with oversize king beds a third bedroom offers two queen size beds, and a large fourth bedroom that offers two twin bunk beds. The theater room has a queen size sofa sleeper, two twin pop-up beds, and a twin daybed.

Guests who book a seven night stay in advance will find a generously stocked sub-zero refrigerator when they arrive. A complimentary Wii, XBOX 360, or Sony PS3 is available upon request.

Lookout 21 is situated in a very luxurious community offering on-site concierge, free private shuttle for owners and guests only, a luxurious clubhouse, and a ski lodge. The complementary private shuttle and concierge is only available in the winter months but you can easily walk to the free shuttle or to ski. There are also plenty of retail shops nearby in Silverlake Village as well as the highly popular Deer Valley Beach.
