Lookout 25 at Deer Valley

The Deer Valley Lookout 25 is a new ski property that offers guests four bedrooms and four and one-half baths. It is located just minutes away from Stein Erickson Lodge and is only a three to five minute walk to Silverlake Village and the Deer Valley ski slopes.

The home is over 4,400 square feet of luxury with four large bedrooms, four custom bathrooms, plus another half bath. There are two fireplaces, five HD flat screen TVs, a 100-jet Jacuzzi, an inside elevator, and an outdoor grill on the deck that offers fantastic views of Deer Valley and Park City ski slopes. Guests will enjoy high speed wireless internet, an entertainment room that offers a large HDTV, DVD, and a wet bar. There is a two car garage and room to sleep over 10 guests. There are three master bedroom suites with oversize king beds and a large fourth bedroom that offers four twin bunk beds.

Guests who book a seven night stay will find a generously stocked sub-zero refrigerator when they arrive. A complimentary Wii, XBOX 360, or Sony PS3 is available upon request.

Lookout 25 is located in a luxury community that offers on-site concierge, free private shuttle for owners and guests only, a luxurious clubhouse, and a ski lodge. The complementary private shuttle and concierge is only available in the winter months. You can easily walk to the free shuttle or to ski. There are also plenty of retail shops nearby as well as the highly popular Deer Valley Beach.
