The Grand Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, a large, luxurious leather lounging chair plus ottoman, gas fireplace, and even a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom that has a wall mounted television right over it. The lower level Master bedroom also boasts a king sized bed and a large walk in shower. There are two more guest bedrooms up stairs, one has one queen sized bed and one has two queen sized beds.

The living room not only boasts a 55 inch HDTV/DVD combination with 5.1 surround son and a large wood burning stone fireplace, but also beautiful views of the mountain and canyons off in the distances. There is also a large laundry room featuring a Bosch washing machine and dryer.

The whole house comes equipped with a commercial-grade fabulous music system. There are separate volume controls for each room in the house as well as the garage. Guests can listen to the central system at their own leisure and also plug in their iPod into the docking station. The movie theater room at the House of Musica has state of the art equipment including an HD high resolution projector and 114 inch screen. If you want a real movie theater, THX experience, this room can provide that and so much more. Inside there are six leather reclining chairs on a terraced platform, as well as beanbag chairs for the children. There is also a bar equipped with a refrigerator and ice maker.

Staying at Lookout 32 House of Musica is truly like staying in one of the finest spa hotels found around the globe. The gourmet kitchen boasts everything even the most demanding chef may ask for.
