Sunflower 4

Sunflower 4 is a highly desired vacation property that is located in the heart of Park City Historical District. It is a short one to two minute walk to ski at Park City Resort Center and the four chair lifts.

This nicely renovated townhouse sleeps up to 12 people with two master bedroom suites and a third large bedroom. There are also three bathrooms, a washer and dryer, steam shower, wood burning fireplace, free wireless internet, new Jacuzzi, and a 47 inch HD LCD TV. There is heated parking for two vehicles in the garage. The unit offers views of the ski slopes and is within a few minutes to Main Street. The free Park City shuttle is available for those who do not want to walk.

The two master bedroom suites have either a king size bed or a queen size bed with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The third large bedroom has five twin beds or a king with three twin beds. The master bedroom has a jetted tub and separate shower.

All Sunflower vacation homes offer completely stocked and upgraded kitchens with new appliances. They all have two master bedrooms on the bottom floor with three to five beds in the third bedroom. There are some units that are interconnected that will sleep up to 22 guests. We offer discounted lift tickets and airport transportation.

Located on Park Avenue, these vacation homes are in the heart of Old Town. You can walk downtown where you will find plenty of retail shops, a grocery store, restaurants, art galleries, and a library. You will also enjoy the Park City Golf Course if you visit in the summer.

Our guests can enjoy free game consoles upon request. Consoles offered are Wii, Sony Playstation, and XBOSX 360.
