The Empire Estate

The Empire Estate is a luxurious three bedroom, three bath accommodations that also has a bonus ski room. It is less than two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort and the four chairlifts located there.

The Estate was custom-built in 2007 featuring the ultimate in contemporary mountain design. Guests will discover a gourmet chef’s kitchen furnished with Viking stainless steel appliances, two grand master bedroom suites with luxury baths and jetted tubs, and a third bedroom that offers a comfortable platform king bed that will sleep up to six people. The master bedroom suites offer pillow-top king beds for your luxurious comfort.

The home offers 2,200 square feet and is only 130 short steps away from the ski slopes. Located at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort, this home features four LCD HD TVs, multiple DVDs, and a surround sound theater system in the great room. Guests can enjoy the deluxe ping pong table and privacy in the enclosed backyard. Relax at the patio set and the 80-jet Jacuzzi that seats six. The oversized one car garage offers a heated long driveway. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains of Park City and the ski slopes. We have gaming consoles including Wii, Sony Playstation PS3, and XBOX that are free upon request. There is also a five bedroom home adjacent to the property that allows for larger groups.

While staying at the Empire Estate you will be right in the heart of Park City’s Historical Old Town District. You will be two blocks away from Park City Mountain Resort and a four minute walk to Main Street. If you choose to drive you will only have a five minute drive to Deer Valley Resort or the Canyons Resort. Park City’s Green shuttle system is approximately 100 feet away.
