The Manor is 4,050 square feet of sheer luxury. It is finished out with the finest décor and offers five large bedrooms and 4.5 custom baths. The Manor was designed by Jim Darling, one of Park City’s finest architects, and Rob Long, an award winning builder and developer. Each and every detail in the Manor is exquisite. The home is one of the favorites of the stars during the Sundance Film Festival and several designer magazines have used it as their feature.

Woodside Manor can sleep up to 14 people. Guests will enjoy floors that are heated both inside and out, 100-jet Jacuzzi, a theater room, high speed wireless internet, phone and fax machine, and a two car garage that is also heated. The furnishings and décor are professionally done but still provide comfort. You can easily walk to everything in Park City.

There is a grand master suite that has a king size bed, the second master suite has a queen size bed, the third bedroom features a queen size bed, and the fifth bedroom offers two queen bunk beds. The fifth bedroom is great for the kids. If additional bedding is needed we can offer air mattresses upon request. You will find a large wood-burning fireplace in the great room and a gas fireplace in the grand master suite.

While staying at the Manor you will enjoy transportation around town, discounted lift tickets, airport pickup, a stocked kitchen, and concierge service if desired.

Our luxury homes located in the Historical Old Town District are within walking distance of Park City ski slopes, Main Street, and Park City Resort Center. Some will be located closer to Main Street and the Town Chair Lift while some are closer to Park City Resort Center at the base if the ski area.
