Streamline Vacation Rental Software

Our company has been using Streamline Vacation Rental Software for over 4 years.  We initially decided to go with Streamline because they met our immediate needs.  Over the course of the past four years, we have had tremendous growth and have relied on Streamline to keep up with our ever changing demands.

What we value most about Streamline is the way in which they handle incoming leads from vrbo, homeaway, flipkey and vacation rentals.  Initially, we would get a phone call and our agents would have to search through the system for availability.  Once they found availability, they would need to put together the difference prices on the units.  This turned into a mess and errors were done on a constant basis.  With Streamline, everything became automated.  As leads came in, our agents simply selected the units that matched the request and customized an email.  It is that simple.  Something that would take 30 minutes to prepare was cut down to 1-5 minutes.

Before making our final decision with Streamline, we looked at a lot of different software.  Their slogan is what eventually captured my attention.  Software build by property managers, for property managers.  Today, we have a lot of overseas developers cranking out code and building some very elaborate systems.  However, at the end of the day, I want something that is useful and known to be an asset to my company.  This is what Streamline has provided.  It closed the gaps in many areas of my company which were extremely deficient.  Owner communication, lead management, guest communication, billing, accounting…  They have definitely lived up to their expectations.

The vacation rental industry continues to change.  With those changes, we have had to go back to Streamline and request custom development.  This is one of the strengths of the Streamline software.  They will work with you on customization to make sure you get what you need.
