Park Avenue Mansion

Our Park Avenue Mansion was built in 2005 and offers some of the finest in luxuries. It has six bedrooms an is located in the heart of Old Town. It is only 40 yards from Historic Main Street and is easily within walking distance to the Town Chair Lift. There are plenty of shops and other attractions at your fingertips also.

Park Avenue Mansion has six bedrooms that are luxurious and spacious and four full baths and one half bath. It can easily sleep u to 15 people. Guests can enjoy the front balcony that overlooks Historic Old Town or they can enjoy the privacy of a fenced backyard where there is an eight seat, 100 jet Jacuzzi. A gas barbeque grill, comfortable patio furniture, and heated patio floors and walkways add to the ambiance.

On the inside you will enjoy wireless high-speed internet, satellite HDTV, a game room, 52” TV and Blue Ray Theater System, radiant floor heat, central heat and air, plus a multi purpose gaming table. The large garage is oversized with plenty of room for two cars with three additional private parking spaces outside.

On the main level of the home you will enjoy a large custom kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom/game room with a pull out queen sofa, a custom half bath, a private front deck and the large privately fenced backyard. The living room has a comfortable fireplace and a large sectional sofa.

The upper level features a grand master bedroom suite that contains a king size bed, dual sinks in the luxurious bathroom and a tub. There is also a steam shower and a walk-in closet with room for all of your clothes. The second master bedroom suite also has a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has the same, however the second and third bedroom will share a custom full size bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with HDTVs. The lower level has a master bedroom suite that is furnished with a queen size bed and full bath. The second bedroom on the lower level has queen bunk beds and a twin bed. There is a full bathroom located in the hall and a living area and kitchenette. The lower level can serve as a private two bedroom apartment if needed.

The home is perfectly located in Historic Old Town just one block off Man Street. It is only five short minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. Once you have enjoyed its charm and convenience you will want to come back for more.
